Sirocco is a powerful damage-dealer who can provide a great deal of fire and lightning damage - but must balance his offensive output with his HP, as plays can lead towards escalating damage to himself in the process. Though Sirocco is capable of holding his own against singular villains, he thrives in environments and villain matchups where his teammates can help provide a steady supply of targets he can destroy to further his plays.

Juggling between the two damage types is at the core of his playstyle, with Fulminating Maelstrom being a critical component of setup to maximize his offensive potential. With Runic Mantle and Brazen Bracers, you can mitigate some of the self-damage Sirocco must endure - but on the whole, while you can lean fully into damage and incapacitate Sirocco early in the process, effectively managing when to push damage or when to pull back and allow Sirocco a chance to recover with his draw and HP regain options help him reach peak performance in a game.

Bio

Aamir prefers to leave much of his past in the past - but the man known as Sirocco is a formidable sorcerer of elemental kenning, able to wield the forces of nature to empower potent attacks. Having set out to understand the anima of nature's spirits from his teenage years, Aamir sought out harmonious pacts with some of the most boisterous and tempestuous elementals among them.

What Aamir lacked in a formal education in the arcane arts was buoyed by a talent for channeling volatile power through his own body as a focusing vessel - an effective, but rather dangerous approach. Upon discovering the presence of an organization dedicated to magical studies, Aamir leapt at the prospect - and though the Society of Sorceries turned him away several times, Aamir is nothing if not incorrigibly stubborn.

Ultimately, the seasoned wizard Esper took on Aamir as an apprentice, helping to hone his control of the elements in a more structured and focused way - taking up the moniker of Sirocco at last. While there proved to be no viable means for Sirocco to wholly harness his power without hazardous collateral, he was bequeathed bracers forged by the magi Nezzeret in eras past.

Through the use of the brazen bracers, Sirocco was able to better endure focusing the breadth of his power - and with the aid of the Society's rune-inscribing members, a mantle was fashioned to further insulate and protect him.

Sirocco is best known for his ostentatious and at times theatrical demeanor in the face of adversity, with a penchant for purple prose (but a deep disdain for puns.) In the ensuing years since his admission to the Society, Sirocco has frequently served as a volunteer in the vanguard against the perils of otherworldly and supernatural villainy.

While Sirocco is capable of unleashing devastating manifestations of elemental energy, his concern for the risk of collateral among innocents and his companions leads to his bearing the brunt of punishment in their stead. Though his magical accoutrements help to mitigate such, sustained battle can take a significant toll on Sirocco, leading to extended recovery between missions.

Though he will not outwardly admit it, more than a few occasions have led other members of the Society of Sorceries to believe the man's attention-grabbing manner and bombastic declarations are meant to draw the attention and ire of threats away from others.
