Asset: Codename 'Flashbang'

Following the confirmation of supernatural presence in Duskveil Falls (see file CZ-2004 'Heaven's Hollow' for additional details), Kinborough, A.K.A. Flashbang, surfaced as an addition to the Duskveil Falls Police Department S.W.A.T. division. Due to her enormous stature and distinctly unusual appearance, agency assets within the D.F.P.D. reached out to regional command for monitoring and intercession.

When it was determined that Kinborough was a 'metahuman' classification with connections to alleged 'divine power', a recruitment effort proved successful - and Kinborough was incorporated into the newly formed O.T.T.R. elite response team as a foundational member and assigned the designation 'Flashbang.'

Administration in the Containment Corp. division determined clearance as an active participatory asset, declining classification as an entity for necessary containment. As Flashbang proved affirmatively amenable to the organization's goals, voluntary monitoring and research was a viable approach - and her value as a field agent was deemed substantial. Description:

Kinborough, A.K.A. Flashbang, is a humanoid entity standing 2.2 meters tall, with a predominately human resemblance. Documented differences include silver hair, violet eyes and a demonstrable strength and resilience beyond what a human of equivalent stature would ordinarily possess. Subject's musculature and bone structure are considerably stronger than human subjects, and she possesses an accelerated recovery / 'healing factor.'

Dossier:

Flashbang self-identifies as 'nephilim' and is thus far the first such active entity identified by the organization; her place of birth is indeterminate, and no other records of her presence seem to have existed prior to the initial discovery of CZ-2004. It is believed that the events therein 'released' a number of entities into the world.

Most prominently, beyond her physical stature and prowess, Flashbang is able to produce potent 'auras' of energy affecting other individuals across a large localized area as an innate phenomena - with enhancing or debilitating effects for other beings within their proximity. Maximal coverage determined thus far has been an area of approximately 182 meters (or 600 ft.) after which the effects fall of dramatically in potency.

Allegedly, the origin of these capabilities is credited to performing as a 'divine conduit' - but the veracity of such prospective influences remain inconclusive. Nevertheless, the value and practical application of these abilities for a tactical team are obvious to this organization.

Flashbang utilizes a combination of these 'divine' powers alongside contemporary equipment and has formed a variety of arsenal and protective gear into 'relics.' Most prominently per her namesake, Flashbang is capable of channeling significant effects through light in particular, manifesting such as 'holy' or 'radiant' power - which has proven consistently viable against otherworldly and supernatural threats susceptible to such measures.

Current Status:

Flashbang operates as a core member of the O.T.T.R. elite response team and serves under the direct command of Rook. She has proven an invaluable asset in the course of breaching difficult locations and providing other conventional O.T.T.R. field personnel protection against dangerous threats.

Deployment is recommended for any operation wherein the risk of physical harm is high, and wherein she may work alongside other individuals with a professional approach to problem-solving. This department suggests avoiding pairing Flashbang with meta-individuals who may be considered 'demonic' or 'evil' in a 'biblical' sense, as she has shown a propensity for abrasive or counterproductive interactions with such team members.
